FIRST LOOK: LG "ALOHA"

The LG "Aloha" is a new phone that will be coming out for Virgin Mobile, and this is the first LG phone for here in the USA. It is a lower-end phone, most comparable to the Kyocera "Marbl" or "Oystr". No camera, no bluetooth, but it does have access to VXL, superphonic ringtones, an internal antenna, speakerphone, just everything you need. I'm not too sure that I like the name, but it's no big deal.

I really like the sleek design of the phone, but I'm a little disappointed that there's no external screen. Virgin Mobile doesn't really like to include external screens on their lower-end phones, both the "Oystr" and "Marbl" don't have one, and it appears the "Aloha" will be no exception. I know an external screen would make the phone more expensive, but i'm just kinda turned off that you have to open the phone to see who's calling.

The phone has officially been listed on Virgin Mobile's website as 'coming soon'. For more information about this phone click HERE. Look for the LG "Aloha" to show up on shelves and for purchase online very soon.
