Along with the redesign of their website a few weeks back, Virgin Mobile added a new category of downloads available from VXL: Applications. These programs can add both fun and functionality to your handset. The apps catalog has been steadily expanding so be sure to check back for the latest. Some notable apps available now include MapQuest Mobile and MovieGoer.
Pricing for applications is similar to games. Most are available to purchase for around $4.99-$5.99, although others have a monthly subscription fee.
